Dr. Michael “DOC Pro” Crudder is an independent music producer, songwriter, and recording artist whose work blends soulful storytelling, mature themes, and authentic life experience. His musical journey reignited in 1997 when he met super-producer Keith Andes at AZUSA World Ministries in Phoenix after completing his PhD. Under Andes’ mentorship, DOC Pro developed his craft and earned his first official production credit six years later—launching a career that now spans decades.
As a producer, he has collaborated with respected artists including Ricky Jones and Crutchfield Jones. As an independent artist, DOC Pro has released multiple projects worldwide, including his ninth studio album, The Land, a heartfelt tribute to his wife, Lettoya Ivette, and a reflection on his life journey.
Expanding his artistry further, DOC Pro recently stepped forward as a vocalist on his EPs The Love Project and Classic, revealing a deeper, more personal dimension to his music and storytelling.

DOC Pro is a versatile artist and producer with multiple credited collaborations alongside acclaimed songwriter and producer Keith Andes. Keith Andes is widely recognized for his extraordinary impact on the music industry, with over 150 million records sold worldwide. DOC Pro partnered with acclaimed vocalist and songwriter Ricky Jones to create the transformational tracks for “For You” and “Soul Love,” crafting a rich, emotive sound that highlights Jones’ dynamic vocal range and artistry.
Ricky Jones, a former lead singer of the Motown group Yours Truly, launched a successful solo career after signing with Universal Records. His powerful voice and captivating performances have taken him across the globe, with appearances spanning Dubai, India, Bali, and South Africa.
Throughout his career, Jones has collaborated with some of the industry’s most respected talents, including David Foster, Lionel Richie, Babyface, Aaron Neville, Diane Warren, Wynonna Judd, Luther Vandross, Tommy Sims, Michael McDonald, Nancy Wilson, and Luis Miguel.
Through this collaboration, DOC Pro continues to align with world-class talent, delivering production that resonates on a global stage.
CRUTCHFIELD-JONES
DOC Pro contributed to the smash charting hit “Crazy Ass” by Crutchfield-Jones, delivering production that helped define the track’s energy and commercial appeal.
Crutchfield-Jones features the dynamic pairing of Shireen Elaine Crutchfield and Ricky Jones. Crutchfield is best known as the lead singer of the R&B trio The Good Girls and for her acting roles as Jace on the television series Dark Angel and in the film Hot Boyz.
Ricky Jones, formerly the lead singer of the Motown group Yours Truly, brings his signature vocal style and industry experience to the collaboration.
